Upon arrival the deputy spoke with Amanda Parrish.  Who stated she had been trying to get Clifford Brown out here house but he refused to go.   She informed me that Brown no longer lived there and that he had not lived there in two years.  Deputy Muldrow asked Parrish was Brown on her lease and she stated, "No."

Deputy Muldrow spoke with Brown and informed him that Amanda wanted him to leave and Brown replied, “I’m not going nowhere."  Deputy Muldrow tried several times to get Brown to comply with his commands, but he would not.   Capt. Warren Webster arrived, he tried speaking with Brown would not obey his commands neither.

After all the commands, Captain Webster and deputies decided to detain the subject.  Brown would not allow us to detain him, he kept resisting.    After Brown was detained, Deputy Muldrow searched Brown and found what seem to be a pink glass pipe with residue of a control substance inside.
