Domestic Battery

At approximately 2138 hours on 04/21/16 Sgt. Jim Bush was dispatched to 5008 Highway 371 in reference to a domestic battery.

Upon investigation Sgt. Bush placed Kathy Tomlin under arrest for Domestic Battery 3rd. Deputy Sorensen transported Kathy to the Hempstead County Detention Center. Where she is awaiting a first Appearance.
