Breaking And Entering

On February 26, 2017 at approximately 1802 hour, Deputy Tuberville was dispatched to 456 Hempstead 142 in reference to a Braking or Entering call.

 

Upon my arrival he made contact with a female victim who stated her ex-boyfriend and her had broken up. Victim stated her ex-boyfriend had sent her massages by Facebook massager, saying "you will have to pay for what you did someday."

 

Victim stated she was lying in bed when something struck her bedroom window that's lactated on the South side of the residence. Victim stated the window was broken, and she believes ex-boyfriend had done it to scare her.

 

Victim stated she left the residence to take her son fishing, and when they returned home she noticed the 48" Samsung flat screen TV was missing from the living room, a second TV a 24" Vizio flat screen missing from the her bedroom, along with a HP laptop computer was missing from beside the bed. Victim stated the Samsung TV is valued at $700.00 dollars, the 24" Vizio TV was valued at $130.00 dollars, and the HP laptop computer was valued at $400.00 dollars. Victim stated she was unsure if she left the door unlock or not, and she was unsure were her ex-boyfriend was staying at this time and did not have a phone at this time.

 

Victim did not have any serial number for any of the items stolen from the residence

 

The Incident remains under investigation by the HCSO.
