Breaking or Entering

Call

On March 12, 2017 at approximately 1509 hours, Deputy Malone was dispatched to 3264 Highway 355 South in reference to a breaking or entering.

     Upon arrival he made contact with the caller who stated that someone broke into his storage building that he has on his father’s land, at the above named address. Caller stated that the Suspect stole a brown 10 x 6 foot tarp that had rings built into it from the storage building. He stated that the tarp was all that was taken as far as he could tell. Entry was gained on the back side of the storage building through one of the windows. Deputies observed a screen window cover on the ground. Victim valued his tarp at 30.00 dollars.

Victim stated that he talked to his father, and they do not want to file charges. Caller also would not provide deputies with any further information.
