Criminal Mischief

On April 3, 2017 at approximately 11:30 a.m., Deputy McBride was contacted by Malissa Chaney at the Hempstead County Sheriff's Office in reference to criminal mischief. Malissa stated that on March 31, 2017 someone came into her yard and shot her dog. Malissa stated that the she found the dog in a pile of leaves behind her shop. Malissa stated that the dog was not chained up or in a pen.
