Sexual Assault

On April 4, 2017 at approximately 1652 hours, Deputy Tuberville was dispatched to Highway 29 South in reference to a Sexual Assault call.

Upon arrival, he made contact with the mother of a 15-year-old female juvenile. who stated when watching video surveillance footage of the outside her home daughter she noticed her 15-year-old daughter walk outside at approximately 1:30 A.M., and go down towards the end of the driveway.

The mother stated when she confronted her 15-year-old daughter about why she left the residence at 0130 hours on April 3, 2017. The 15-year-old said she went to meet an adult male whom she had met through Facebook and they went to a cemetery and had sexual intercourse and after that the male took her back home.

Deputy Tuberville through his investigation discovered that the male was 19 years old. He turned the investigation to HCSO sex crimes investigator Heath Ross. The investigation is ongoing.
