Warrant Service

 

On July 16, 2017 at approximately 2300 hours, Deputy Brown observed a vehicle commit the traffic violation of no turn signal, located at the intersection of Highway 32 E and Hempstead 126, in Hempstead County, Arkansas.

 

Deputy Brown activated his emergency equipment and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver, Randy Tucker, had a valid failure to appear warrant with the City of Hope for $3000.00. At this time, Randy was placed under arrest for the warrant.

 

Randy was transported to the HCDF where he was turned over to the on-duty jail staff for booking. The City of Hope was notified that he was at the HCDF so the warrant could be served.
