Arrest for Rape

Hempstead County investigators arrested 69 year old Arthur Barto Hill of Mc Caskill, Arkansas after an investigation into an allegation of Sexual Abuse involving a 7 year old female. Hill was booked into the Hempstead County Jail on June 29, 2016 for the charge of Rape. He is awaiting a first appearance.
