Braking or Entering

Call

On March 11, 2017 at approximately 0037 hours, Deputy Tuberville was dispatched to 107 West Clary Street in Emmet Arkansas in reference to a Braking or Entering call.

Upon my arrival he made contact with 29 year old female victim who stated she was asleep in the living room, when she heard a noise coming from the laundry room. Victim stated she sit up on the couch, and the back door to her residence slimmed shut. Victim stated the heat lamp over her chickens on the back porch was swing like someone hit it. Victim stated the damage to the back door was not damaged prior to this incident

Deputy Kyle Malone and Tuberville walked around the property, and was unable to locate anyone on the property. Deputies was dispatched back to 107 West Clary Street at approximately 0148 hours in reference to someone tipping on her kitchen window.

Deputy Malone and Tuberville walked around the property again, and was unable to locate anyone on the property. Deputies advised the victim they would increase patrols in the area.
