Results in arrest and three summoned to District Court for altercation in Blevins

On March 12, 2017 at approximately 1534 hours, Deputy Tuberville was dispatched to 5079 Highway 29 North in reference to a Physical Domestic Disturbance call. Which resulted in in One Person being arrested for an old warrant and issued a summons to District Court for battery third degree, three others were also issued summons to court for their involvement in the fight.

Warrants check on all involved revealed that Mayani Baza had a warrant for Hempstead County for the amount of $1,070.00. Mayani was placed under arrest, Maria Cantu was summoned to court for battery 3rd degree with a court date of April 3, 2017, Marissa Delarosa issued a summons for Battery 3rd with a court date of April 3, 2017, Pedro Capetillo was issued a summons for Battery 3rd with a court date of April 3, 2017, Mayani Baza was booked in the County Jail on Battery 3rd and severed warrant number WR-17-284 with a court date of April 3, 2017.
