Sexual Misconduct 4th Degree

 

 

On March 22, 2017 at approximately 1830 hours, Deputy Loe was contacted by Officer Justin Dean of the Hope Police Department stating they were out with a subject who wanted to report a crime that happened in the county.

 

Deputy Loe made contact with the parents of a 14-year-old female who stated that they had learned their daughter, had snuck out of the house the night prior to meet up with 17-year-old male, who then talked her into having sexual intercourse outside of his truck at an address off Hempstead County Road 7.

 

The incident is under investigation by the HCSO.
