On March 28, 2017 at approximately 0550 hours Deputy Matt Dunham was dispatched to 232 Highway 234 in reference to a domestic disturbance. Dispatch advised the caller, a 39-year-old female stated that a 38-year-old male was being violent towards her.

Upon arrival Deputy Dunham made contact with the 39-year-old caller who stated that the 38-year-old male was being violent towards her and would not leave.

Deputy Dunham asked the female if there were any threats made or any physical altercation and she stated that there was not. The female said that the male became violent and told her that he was going to throw all of her stuff outside. The female told Deputy Dunham said that she wanted the male to leave.

Deputy Dunham spoke with the male who told Dunham that he did not know why the female became upset this morning. The male subject said that the female started putting his property outside and he told her that she needed to stop or he would put her stuff outside as well. The male informed Dunham that his boss was on his way and he was going to take all of his property and leave.

Deputy Dunham stood by until the males’ boss arrived. Upon arrival of his boss he then gathered his belongings and left the property.
