Criminal Trespass

At approximately 1845 hours on 07/16/17 Sgt. Bush was dispatched to 4769 Hempstead 3 in reference to a criminal trespass.

Upon my arrival, he made contact with Sarah and Velvet Gray. Velvet stated that they were walking back to the house from across the road and seen a white male standing next to their blue truck in their driveway. She stated that when the white male seen them he turned and ran towards the dog fence and then around the eastern side of the house.

She stated that she does not know where he went from there. Sarah and Velvet described him as being a slender white male with brown hair. Sarah stated that she went up the driveway to see if she could see where he went and only seen a gray suburban possibly a 90's model parked at the cemetery up the road. They also noted that they saw a red full sized truck with a two toned red bed that drove down the road towards the deer lease behind their property.

Sgt. Bush searched the property with Paul Gray and did not locate anyone or any foot prints. Paul stated that everything appeared as he left it.
