SEXUAL INDENCY WITH CHILD, SEXUAL ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE, RAPE, and INTRODUCING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE INTO ANOTHER’S BODY.

On Monday, October 2, 2017 at approximately 1700 hours, Deputy Reyn Brown received a call from the police dispatcher in reference to a rape that already occurred, located in Hempstead County, Arkansas.

 

Upon arrival he met with the mother of the male victim who was at the time of the incident 13 years old. During the course of the investigation the juvenile disclosed that he been over at 43-year-old Bobby Bailey’s home. The juvenile stated that during the time he was at Bailey’s home, Bailey gave him Methamphetamine by way of snorting, smoking and injecting it into his body.

 

The juvenile disclosed that during the time he was he was under the influence of the Methamphetamine Bailey would have the juvenile preform sex acts. The juvenile stated that on one occasion Bailey videotaped the sex acts with a cell phone.

 

Investigators confiscated a Cell phone and obtained a search warrant to examine the cell phone for evidence of a crime.

 

Bailey has been in custody at the Hempstead County Detention since July 19, 2017 on a unrelated charge of failure to appear. Investigators have charged Bailey with SEXUAL INDENCY WITH CHILD, SEXUAL ASSAULT 2ND DEGREE, RAPE, and  INTRODUCING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE INTO ANOTHER’S BODY.

 

He is being held for a first appearance on the new charges.
