Forgery/ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On Tuesday November 14,2017 Deputy Sullivan was at Foster Farms at 383 Highway 174 N at about 7:45 A.M., for the purpose of arresting Amy R. Creek for the offense of forgery. Deputy Kyle Malone was assisting with the arrest.

While handcuffing the suspect, Amy Creek, she had her hand in her right front coat pocket. I told her to remove her hand from the pocket. She refused and Deputy Sullivan removed her hand from the pocket. She was holding a glass methamphetamine pipe in her hand and the pipe was partially wrapped in a paper towel. Amy Creek eventually dropped the pipe on the ground and it broke into several pieces.

Deputy Sullivan handcuffed Amy Creek, and checked in her coat pockets for other evidence. Deputy Malone recovered the broken pipe and placed it in an evidence bag. Deputy Sullivan located 3 cigarette boxes in her left coat pocket, one of the boxes contained several cotton swabs. Creek was arrested for drug paraphernalia as well as the forgery charge. Creek was transported to the HCDF to await a first appearance.
