Domestic Disturbance

On December 29, 2017 at approximately 0304 hours, Deputy Malone was dispatched to 4259 Highway 67 West regarding a domestic disturbance.

Deputy Malone made contact with the female victim who stated that she and her Ex-husband moved back in together, and have been living with each other for approximately 30 days. She stated that they were both intoxicated and things got heated and they began to argue.

Female Victim stated that she just wanted The Hempstead County Sheriff's Office to be aware of the incident, and did not want a Deputy to make contact with her at her residence.
