Deputy Brown asked J.L if he could search the vehicle real quick to make sure nothing illegal was in there. He stated go ahead. Deputy Brown conducted a search on the inside of the vehicle and located a clear bag containing a crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine stuffed between the driver's and middle seat cushion. J.L was placed under arrest at this time.
