Residential Burglary

At approximately 0147 hours on March 17, 2018 Deputy Sorensen was dispatched to 194 Hempstead 1012 in reference to a residential burglary.

Upon arrival he made contact with Tonya Whitley. Tonya stated that she arrived home from work a little after 0100 hours. She stated that when she got home her horses were acting up and running around their pen.

She stated noticed that the money she had on her nightstand was missing. She stated that she was missing $300 dollars She stated that she was also missing approximately thirty 20 mg Paxil tablets, sixty 200 mg Epitol tablets, and thirty 1 mg Xanax tablets. She stated that when she looked through her house she also noticed a Hotpoint brand microwave missing from her kitchen.
