On April 8, 2018 at approximately 2218 hours, 3800 block of Highway 67 West Deputy Kyle Malone Arrested Trey Delvin age 21 of Hope, Arkansas for Speeding, No Driver's License Possession of a controlled substance and Possession of drug paraphernalia with a court date of June 18, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Delvin was booked into the HCDF for Possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
