Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

 

On Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Deputies Arrested John Byrd age 48 of Hope, Arkansas for possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

John was transported to the HCDF where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. John was turned over to the on-duty jail staff for booking process. He will be held for 1st court appearance.
