Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons

 

On 04/26/18 at approximately 1838 hours, HCSO Deputies arrested Charles Hicks age 45 of Prescott, Arkansas for being a felon in possession of a firearm. After HCSO Deputies made a traffic stop on the vehicle on Highway 67 East.

 

Hicks was charged with Possession of Firearms By Certain Persons and taken to the HCDF where he will stay until a first court appearance.
