On Thursday August 16,2018 at 11:36 A.M. HCSO deputies responded to a reported domestic violence call at 5954 highway 29 South.

Upon investigation 27-year-old Joseph Fortenberry was arrested for Domestic Battery in the third Degree. Fortenberry also had a failure to appear warrant from the City Of Hope. He was transported to the HCDF where he was booked on the charges of Domestic Battery 3rd Degree, and Failure to Appear.
