Warrant Service/ Possession of Controlled Substance

On 08/16/18 at approximately 2043 hours, HCSO Deputies observed a gray vehicle with no license plates on the vehicle. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on that vehicle at the Saratoga School.

Upon investigation it was discovered that the driver 25-year-old Donishia Stanton of Hope had a Failure to Comply Warrant. Deputies also discovered a clear baggie with what appeared to be marijuana inside her vehicle.

Deputies transported Donishia Stanton to the Hempstead County Jail where she was charged for possession of marijuana. Deputies also served the FTC warrant Stanton. was given a court date of 11/5/18 at 0900 hours.
