Possession of controlled substance misdemeanor, driving on suspended, no proof of insurance, and a failure to comply

At approximately 1105 hours on August 18th, 2018 HCSO Deputies observed a grey Chevrolet truck commit a traffic violation of improper use of turn signal, in the 500 block of rail road street in Blevins. Deputies conducted a traffic on the vehicle driven by 34-year-old Jonathan Vires of Blevins.

During the traffic stop deputies discovered a substance believed to be marijuana in the vehicle.

The 34-year-old Vires was charged with possession of controlled substance misdemeanor, driving on suspended, no proof of insurance, and a failure to comply.
