Disturbance

At approximately 0330 hours on August 19, 2018 HCSO Deputies were dispatched to 3000 West Avenue B to the area near apartment 64 in reference to a possible disturbance. Dispatch advised me that an anonymous caller stated that there were several people standing outside near apartment 64 and they appeared to be fighting.

Upon arrival, Deputies observed two subjects, sitting outside apartment 64. Deputies spoke with both subjects and they stated that there had not been any sort of altercation; the subjects stated that she and several of her friends got off work at the same time and all met at her apartment. She stated that they might have gotten a little loud while they were talking and joking outside but no one argued or fought.

Deputies did not observe any marks on either of the subjects or any evidence that there had been any physical altercation near that apartment at this time.
