Theft of Property

 

On 08/19/18 at approximately 1850 hours, HCSO Deputies was dispatched to the lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to a theft.

 

Upon arrival, Deputies contacted Charlie Scoggins. Charlie stated someone stole his Smoker Grill from his residence at 267 Hempstead 116. Charlie stated he last saw his grill on last Sunday 8/12/18. Charlie stated he noticed his grill missing on 8/17/18, but he did not think anything of it because he thought his friend might have used it.

 

Charlie stated he spoke with his friend today at church on 8/19/18 and his friend told him that he did not get the grill. Charlie stated his grill is solid black with a big firebox on the back of the grill, and has a smoke stack on the same side as the firebox. Charlie stated his grill is made out of a two-hundred-and-fifty-gallon butane tank, and two axles and you will need a truck with a two-inch ball to pull it. Charlie stated he do not know who stole his property, and it his worth $3,000.00.
