Update on Incident at Blevins;

Three Adults have been arrested in reference to an altercation that occurred on February 5th, 2019 on the School grounds of the Blevins School. 40-year-old Maria Cantu of Blevins was booked for BATTERY 3RD DEGREE, 19-year-old Kindell Woods of Blevins was booked for TERRORISTIC THREATENING 2ND DEGREE and BATTERY - 3RD DEGREE, 19-year Kellen Rodriguez age 19 Blevins, was booked for TERRORISTIC THREATENING 2ND DEGREE All three were transported to the HCDF where they posted bond and have a court date of March 11, 2019. All juveniles involved ages 17, 15, and 12, will be referred to the Juvenile Officer for Hempstead County.
