Domestic Battery

On June 28, 2020 at approximately 4:53 P.M. Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Bream St. in Spring Hill.

As a result, 41-year-old Charlene Clark and 36-year-old James Clark were arrested and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd and transported her to the Hempstead County Detention Center. Both are awaiting a first court appearance, with a court date of August 17, 2020.
