Domestic Battery 3rd Degree

On July 15, 2020 at approximately 9:04 PM HCSO Deputies were dispatched to 371 Hempstead 44 in reference to a Domestic Disturbance in progress.

Upon arrival deputies made contact with the victim who stated Ricky Wilkerson assaulted him after a verbal argument.

After Investigation of the incident deputies arrested Ricky Wilkerson age 56 of Ozan for Domestic Battery 3rd Degree and Failure to Appear Warrant from Hempstead County and a Failure to appear with Pike County.

Wilkerson was transported to the HCDF and is awaiting a First Court Appearance.
