Domestic Battery

On Monday November 30th 2020 approximately 8:40 PM. HCSO Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance in progress in the 53oo block of Highway 29 South.

After conducting an investigation deputy's arrested and transported 32-year-old Randy Aaron Bryan to the Hempstead County Detention Facility where he was turned over to the on-duty Intake Officers. Bryan was charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree and given a court date of 01/25/2021 at 9:00 AM Bryan is awaiting a First Judicial Appearance.

Bryan also had a Failure to Comply Warrant which was also served to him and given a court date of 01/25/2021 at 0900 hours.
