Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration

 

On March 2, 2021, Byron Conway age 41, a level 3 registered sex offender was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration. The Sheriff's Office received a complaint that Conway was living or staying at an address that he was not registered at.

Conway was transported to Hempstead County Detention Center where he was turned over to the Detention personnel. During the book-in process 3 small green plastic bags of marijuana was discovered on his person.

Conway is due in court on March 18, 2021
