On Wednesday May 05, 2021 at approximately 0857 hours 8th North Task Force Agents, Deputies from Hempstead County Sheriff's Office, and Hope Police, executed a search warrant at 1365 Highway 355 West, the residence of Michelle Kennedy, in Hempstead County, in the Bois D' Arc Community.

Agents seized methamphetamine and US currency. Michelle Kennedy age 51 was taken into custody and transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center booked in on the charge of Delivery of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine. Kennedy is awaiting a first court appearance.

The search warrant and arrest are a part of an ongoing investigation by the 8th North Task force and the Hempstead County Sheriff's Office.
