On 12 January 2023, Agents with the 8th North Task Force and Deputies from the Hempstead County Sheriff's Office assisted the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections (ACC) with the arrest of Joshua Fincher. Fincher had absconded his parole and therefore, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Fincher was also charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Two other persons were also arrested and charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia, Samantha Icenhower age 29 of Prescott, and Danny Robinson age 48 of Hope. All three were transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center to await a First Court Appearance.
