Captain Justin Crane graduated from Arkansas Leader Session XXXI executive training course on June 16, 2023.  Captain Crane was nominated by Hempstead County Sheriff James Singleton to attend the executive level training.

ARKANSAS LEADER is designed for chiefs, sheriffs, and other upper-level leaders within a law enforcement agency. This executive level training is taught by distinguished lecturers and takes a multi-faceted approach to examining current leadership principles. Recognizing that attendees are leaders in their agencies and communities, this course aims to advance individual professional development that is transferable to their respective organizations and communities.

The ARKANSAS LEADER program is jointly sponsored by the Criminal Justice Institute and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and has been designated as one of the FBI's sixteen Command Colleges.
