On July 13, 2023, Agents of the 8th North Task Force and Hempstead County Deputies arrested 61-year-old Bobby Duane Cobb of Emmett for Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Cobb, who is on Parole, was charged with Parole Violation also.

Agents seized over 57 grams of a substance believed to Methamphetamine / Cocaine. Cobb was transported to the Hempstead County Jail where he is awaiting a first court appearance.
