On February 2, 2016, Central Dispatch received a call from Coach Kelton, from the Blevins' School District, in reference to a white, male and a white, female being on the bleachers of the baseball stadium at the Blevins' School.

Coach Kelton stated that when the subjects were asked to leave, the female subject became aggravated and stated cursing at him.

Deputy Jeremy McBride spoke with Coach Scott Kelton, who stated that he received a telephone call stating that there were students in the bleachers on the baseball field. Coach Kelton stated that when he got there, he told the two that they had to leave campus. Coach Kelton stated that Amber told him she was on the phone.

Coach Kelton stated that Amber then got off the phone and proceeded to tell him and Coach Mark Hall, to "f*** off." Scott stated he continued to tell Amber and Cameron Aldridge to leave the campus. Scott stated that after Amber told he and Mark to "f*** off",   Coach Kelton stated that Amber went nuts and started coming towards he and Coach Hall; and started cursing them. Coach Kelton stated that Amber said she was going to "whoop his ass." Coach Kelton stated that Cameron the person with Amber was holding her back, but continued to curse and yell profanities, while they left campus.

Mark Hall stated that he and Scott were at a pep rally at the Blevins' School and during the pep rally, the office called Coach Kelton and explained that two students were on the baseball field bleachers, unsupervised. Mark stated that he and Scott walked to the baseball field, saw the couple, and asked them what they were doing. Mark stated that they asked Amber and Cameron, if they were students at Blevins. Mark stated that Cameron said he "used to be" and Amber continued talking on the phone. Mark stated that Scott asked Amber and Cameron to leave, and Amber looked at Scott and said “Do you see I am on the phone!" Mark stated that Scott said "you need to leave now." Mark stated that Amber stood up and said" f*** you and f*** you too!" to Mark and Scott. Mark stated that he and Scott told them to leave or the police would be called. Mark stated that Amber then said she would "beat the f*** of you" and "I'll f****** kill you!" Mark stated that Cameron had to hold Amber back as she continued the profanity.

Both Amber Parks and Cameron Aldridge were not students at Blevins Schools.

On Tuesday February 16, 2016 Amber Parks was arrested at approximately 12:50 p.m. at 209 Dogwood Lane in Blevins, Arkansas she was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center and booked for Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree.
